While the Solomon Islands Government is keen to reduce its dependency on outside aid, naturally enough, it has to be acknowledged by outside observers how regional countries like Australia, New Zealand, Japan and South Korea are continuing to fund many projects in the Solomons to underpin the economic, social and development progress of the nation.
