I believe the Hon. Prime Minister was correct this week to highlight the country needs to follow a non-discriminatory investment policy and to establish broad-based development schemes with the right mix of defined rules and incentives.
In the economic zones I have previously written about in recent days there are a diverse range of companies manufacturing and producing everything from confectionery items, dairy products, electronic components, ball bearings, tractor parts, bottled water, lenses for spectacles, wrapping paper and plastic cups and even artificial flowers, to list just a few.
