According to a report published in your Island Sun newspaper yesterday, His Excellency, Kenichi Kimiya, the resident Japanese Ambassador to the Solomon Islands , signed a contract with the Head Teacher of-Aruligo-primary-school, Mr George Kaola, for a grant of $490,000 to construct a two-storey classroom building for Aruligo primary school.
