Your newspaper reported this week that officials from the Ministry of Forestry and Research had paid a visit to the Sumitomo Metal Mining’s (SMM) Mine Rehabilitation study site.
The site was established around 2012 and geared towards investigating re-vegetation methods through replanting and natural succession, and control of soil erosion after propose mining operations in Isabel and Choiseul.
