Charity causes subjected to alleged donor aid support and alleged monetary scams claiming to from respected banking institutions in the Republic of Turkey

9 December 2022

In my voluntary efforts over two decades to help charity causes and aid Solomon Islanders, especially the medical services and particularly the National Referral Hospital, I have never been subject to scam promises of donor support more than I have in just the past two weeks, with what I believe to have been allegedly false documents and letters claimed to have come from officials of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey and the Head of Corporate Banking Transacational Products and Services of the Ziraat Bank Group, in Istambul.

The documents have included what appeared to be real passport image of a senior official of the Ziraat Bank group.

The alleged fraudsters claimed to be from the two legitimate banking organizations in Turkey in relation to wanting to assist me with charity help in the island nation, the Solomons.

I bring this information to notice in the hope that the head of the Central Bank of Turkey will be kind enough to contact me so I can share the alleged scam documents and images in order to safeguard the good name of the Central Bank of Turkey and the Ziraat Bank Group.
