Radio New Zealand International (RNZI) coverage in its daily news bulletins has reported today, 4 December 2015, that the Pacific Oceans Commisioner, Dame Meg Taylor, told world leaders at the COP 21 meeting taking place in Paris that they must limit (climate) warming to less than 1.5 degrees Celsius.
