Letter to the Editor, Solomon Star Newspaper.
If one reads the letter written by TSI published in the Solomon Star newspaper on 17 June 2016, which highlighted numerous incidences of alleged corrupt practices taking place in such matters as shipping grants, scholarships, land acquisitions, tendering applications, contracting infringements and in the forestry industry and the apparent slowness in the courts in dealing with corruption cases, one might be tempted to recall the departing words of former High Court Judge, Justice Stephen Pallaras in November 2014.
