Very few people get the rare opportunity of entering Buckingham Palace in London and fewer still actually meet Her Majesty the Queen in person.
Nolan Parairu will have that honour next Wednesday when he will receive his Young Leaders Award together with 60 other young people from around the Commonwealth who have been recognised this year.
