Run-down Marau Clinic relocated

Quoting the Solomon Star newspaper 11 October 2018

THE run-down Marau clinic has now been relocated to the mini-hospital building built by John Sullivan few years ago.

The clinic could not continue on providing health care in the deteriorating state of the building it was once housed, thus has to be relocated to the mini-hospital building that was built but never used for some years now.

John Sullivan told the Solomon Star that he had agreed for the clinic to be moved into the building he built in Marau, where it has bigger space to cater for the work of the nurses.

He said that is the latest update on the mini-hospital building that was built but was not completed, so he saw it fit for the clinic to relocate there, given the poor state of the clinic.

Mr Sullivan said the clinic has been operating in that building for some months now and he is looking at possibilities to continue with the unfinished work that left to be completed at the mini-hospital building.
