The Solomon Islands Prime Minister, the Hon, Manasseh Sogavare, last week, told an audience of graduating students at the Solomon Islands National University he pledged to maintain 20 percent of the government’s total annual budget to the education sector in the next four years.
The Prime Minister was speaking on the theme of ‘Empowerment to make a difference’ and said the DCC Government was determined to bring about a positive change to ensure a meaningful quality of life.
